Refund policy

Dryed Fix ships only to the United States. Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 2–3 days. We make every order fresh and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 3 days, but we are working hard to reduce the processing time.  We are a small family business, and we are forever grateful for your support and the love we continue to receive!

Due to the nature of an edible product, we cannot accept any returns. Please email us if you're unsatisfied with our product for any reason.
